Who we are

This website is operated by ENA KARE Foundation ("we", "us") for the Global Leadership & Sustainability Summit. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana and, for the main summit in Spain, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Registration: your name, email address, phone number, country, organization, job title, the package you choose, and the payment status and reference returned by our payment provider.
• Invitation letters: if you request a visa-support invitation letter, we also collect the details needed for the letter (name as shown in your passport, nationality, passport number and expiry date, date of birth). Only authorised registration staff can see these details.
• Contact form and newsletter: your name, email address and message, or your email address and consent to receive updates.
• Technical data: limited logs used for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number, card security code or mobile money PIN.

How we use your data

To manage your registration, issue your confirmation and invitation letter, run the summit, respond to enquiries, send updates you asked for, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Passport details for invitation letters are deleted within 6 months after the summit. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
