Frequently asked questions

Which events does my package cover?

Standard, VIP and VVIP delegate packages give access to both the launch and inauguration in Accra and the main summit in Madrid. The invitation letter only option does not include event attendance.

Can I pay in Ghana cedis or US dollars?

Prices are shown in both currencies. You choose the currency at checkout, and the amount charged is the fixed price for that currency shown on this page.

What does the visa-support invitation letter do?

It is an official letter from the organizers confirming your registration, which you can include with your visa application. It supports your application but does not guarantee that a visa will be granted; decisions are made by the relevant embassy or consulate.

Are travel, accommodation and visa fees included?

No. Packages cover the benefits listed on each card. Travel, accommodation, visa fees and other personal costs are the responsibility of each delegate unless stated otherwise.

Can I register several people?

Each registration is for one delegate so that every certificate, badge and invitation letter carries the right name. For group registrations, please contact us.
